London Space views, values. Instructed. Rental terms agreed

High quality photographs & marketing on all websites within hours

Accompanied viewings to include highlighting neighbourhood facilities, characteristics etc

Offer made, holding deposit taken, normally 1-3 weeks rent

Terms agreed / finalised between Landlord & Tenant by London Space

Referencing application forms completed (unless alternative procedure agreed)

Applicants’ references passed as acceptable

Contract drawn up

Any works / cleaning etc completed

Inventory compiled by inventory clerk

Contracts signed by both parties & delivered to London Space

Full remaining monies taken including London Space fees

Inventory check-in, contracts exchanged, move in – open champagne!

Deposit lodged with deposit protection scheme (normally DPS) within 2 weeks & parties notified thereof
