A letting & estate agent based in Masbro village w14 between Sinclair & Blythe Roads (address below) we primarily deal in the surrounding area variously known as Kensington Olympia, Brook Green, West Kensington and Holland Park. But we also deal with a significant amount of residential property in all directions further afield, particularly elsewhere in Kensington & Chelsea and Hammersmith & Fulham. Traditionally principally providing lettings and management services we expect to do substantially more sales from 2012. Some well-known streets here are Sinclair Road with its long terrace running from Shepherds Bush to Olympia; Blythe Road with Betty Blythe deli & the Popes Eye steak restaurant; our own Masbro Road where the Havelock Tavern & Bird in Hand are situated; and of course the delightful Brook Green itself. We're 5 mins walk from Shepherds Bush Central line and Kensington Olympia stations.

We have been in business for more than 10 years. It may not be as fashionable as in the noughties (our fashion editor reckons it will be back on trend by spring 2013!) but we were also one of the first trying to become a little greener! We have pledged to go to 40% of property visits by foot, bicycle or public transport. When we drive it is in a CC exempt dual fuel (lpg) car. We try not to leave multiple lights on over-night and ration the use of flat-screen plasma tv displays in a similar way.
