Most agents charge a high percentage fee per month for their management services. That big fee is in case there is a lot of work, but if there isn’t .... you pay anyway.

Effectively the clients with the low-maintenance problem-free properties subsidise the rest. We think it’s unfair. So we charge a much smaller retainer fee per month but charge you extra if there is excessive work in any month. That way you get more reward if your property is well-maintained.

What’s more you can instruct us on what level of service you require – it’s totally scaleable. In fact it’s so flexible we don’t even presume that management means rent collection.
